Account Information
- Email address (required for account verification and Google OAuth)
- Name and profile picture (retrieved via Google Profile if using Google Sign-In)
- Password (stored securely hashed for non-OAuth users)
Google User Data
To provide our appointment booking and scheduling features, D-Net LIVE requests access to your Google Calendar. We collect:
- Google Calendar Events: We read your primary calendar to check for availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Calendar Management: We create and update events specifically related to bookings made through the D-Net LIVE platform.
Limited Use Disclosure: D-Net LIVE's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Usage and Technical Information
- AI persona interactions and chat history (for Service improvement)
- Content cards and pages you create within the platform
- IP address, browser type, and session cookies for authentication
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve D-Net LIVE services
- To facilitate appointment booking via Google Calendar integration
- To process payments via Stripe and manage your subscription
- To send service-related notifications and updates
3. Data Storage, Security, and Sharing
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data or Google User data to third parties.
- Security: Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Supabase) using HTTPS encryption and industry-standard hashing.
- Sharing: We only share data with essential service providers (Stripe for payments, Google Gemini for AI) as necessary to perform the service.
4. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can revoke D-Net LIVE’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
D-Net LIVE is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
